Atherton

Although Atherton has mostly homes with pitched roofs, the town also has a variety of flat roof structures that have been roofed by Dura-Foam. Often, these homes have a combination of flat and sloped roofs. We form a guaranteed impenetrable flashing barrier at the point where shingle roofs meet the flat roof. Some of the projects in Atherton have completely flat roofs. On these projects, we have successfully improved roof drainage by adding additional spray foam roof insulation in areas of problematic ponding. Because our foam roof insulation is closed-cell and waterproof, it will never soak up water. Today, all of our flat roof projects in Atherton continue to waterproof and insulate valuable real-estate.
